Hello all,
I'm posting this in here because I'm not quite sure where it should go.
In the Selling Details section of a card file for a customer, the field called "Income Account" - does that refer to general income for any bills, or is that specifically for sales? Because as a service provider, I usually bill for my time, but I do often sell equipment. My sales are separate from time billing, but there is no indication in the Selling Details Income Account field whether this will apply to just sales or time billing or both.
Will time biling invoices use this account? I noticed that whatever account is in here comes up as default when I enter a sale, but I didn't notice how it affects time billing invoices.
Please advise.
